Windmill House is located in an extensive health, leisure and residential development which includes a health clinic, doctors’ surgery and high quality housing.

Windmill Lodge, a development of twelve self-contained one bedroomed apartments is to be built alongside Windmill House. These will be available for clients who wish to remain independent but are able to call on nursing, personal care and domestic services as required. For further information download our brochure.

Access to Windmill House is excellent; close to the main A917 between Kirkcaldy (40 minutes by car) and St Andrews (20 minutes by car). It is served by the main bus route between Glasgow and Dundee and the local bus service, with connections to Edinburgh, stops at the entrance to our private access road.
There are also regular train services between Edinburgh and St Andrews (Leuchars).
